Cancellation and refund terms depend on the listing, service, and timing of your request. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm payment at checkout.
Free cancellation windows
Many listings offer free cancellation up to a defined number of hours before the booking date. When available, this window and any fees are displayed on the listing and in your booking quote.
Cancellations inside the window
If you cancel after the free-cancellation window closes, a partial or full charge may apply according to the host's policy and the booking status.
Reschedules
Reschedule requests may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking depending on host settings and availability. Check the booking details page or contact the host for options.
Host-initiated cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund for amounts paid through wenuru for that booking, unless otherwise required by law.
