Using wenuru
You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use the platform only for lawful booking and listing activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.
Bookings and payments
Booking availability, pricing, and host policies are set by listing owners. Payment terms, confirmations, and refunds are governed by the booking flow, host settings, and our cancellation policy where applicable.
Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of listings, honoring confirmed bookings, maintaining safe spaces, and complying with local regulations.
Limitation of liability
wenuru provides a marketplace platform. Except where prohibited by law, wenuru is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or interactions between users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
